Welcome to No Limits Health & Wellness, a new platform which will allow me to serve people worldwide. I'm sure you have heard the saying "the sky is the limit", it's an inspirational quote that gets thrown around lots. I would agree that this quote seemed true 100 years ago but we have since put men on the moon and are reaching even further distances in outer space, and thusly the sky is no longer a limit. I had a positively life altering trip to Mexico in 2019 and returned to Mexico in 2020 to live there for one year. It is there I began my journey as a yoga instructor and energetic healer. I learned the language and found it very interesting that the world for sky is also the same for heaven, "cielo". Now I tell myself that Heaven is the limit, that feeling of heaven on earth. My intention here at No Limits is to help you cultivate and maintain that feeling, that frequency, that energy.
