Service Description
Call it therapy, counselling, coaching, or whatever makes you feel comfortable. That feeling of comfortability is what I am selling through this service and all of No Limits Health and Wellness. I firmly believe that our thoughts directly affect our feelings, our feelings affect our emotions, and the emotions affect the energy/reality we experience. Let's discuss the events of your days, weeks, months. We will go over your thoughts and opinions and the energy that they create. If you are dissatisfied with that feeling, we will explore different points of view to bring about a new perspective; a new way of thinking, a better feeling, a happier emotion, a more positive energy/reality/life. The service can be experienced in one hour-long session, or you can purchase monthly subscriptions that include weekly 30 minute check-ins
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policies You have up to 48 hours before an event, class or session begins to cancel and receive a refund less the cancellation fee of $5.00. If a scheduled class, online class, or session is cancelled less than 48 hours, the booking fee will be refunded 50% of the total booking fee minus any applicable taxes. Refund Policy By purchasing a class, online class, or session, you agree and understand that there are no refunds when it comes to the No Limits Health & Wellness experience. There is a limited capacity of participants for each class, online class, or session. We will always tend to the needs of our clients and try to accommodate each participant based on their requirements. In case of emergencies and last minute cancellations, please contact us directly through graeme@nolimitshealthandwellness.com as we may be able to transfer your booking to another time slot.
