I firmly believe that our thoughts directly affect our feelings, our feelings affect our emotions, and the emotions affect the energy/reality we experience. The service can be experienced in one hour-long session, or you can purchase monthly subscriptions that include weekly 30 minute check-ins.

There are lots of handstand programs out there being sold with the promise of unlocking this skill. I don't buy into the "one size fits all" approach. I don't believe one program will be experienced the same by different individuals, so this is why I am providing a customized approach to this journey.  It is only our experiences that make us different. The games we play as children, the sports we compete in, and the things we do to pass the time determine the physical and mental bodies we live in. Not everyone spends their childhood on a playground and climbing monkey bars, nor does everyone play on sports teams or do gymnastics. My point is, some of us may have an underlying foundation of strength and balance that may give an advantage when learning new skills such as a handstand; we are not all starting at the same point.
