A guided experience through a powerful breathwork practice. We will use a circular breathing technique commonly referred to as a "rebirthing" breath to tap into a higher state of consciousness while releasing anything buried deep within us that is preventing us from moving forward. The release of these limitations permits you to move into your new energy, and your new experience, reborn.
